The Journal of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (JANAC) is the official journal of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care. JANAC’s mission is to support nursing practice, research, and education through the scholarly dissemination of knowledge and practice standards. JANAC’s aim is to increase the understanding of the complex psychosocial and physical issues associated with HIV/AIDS and the quality of related nursing care. JANAC provides a forum for the interdisciplinary discussion of practice, education, research, and public policy issues related to all aspects of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. JANAC invites original articles from nursing and other disciplines such as social work, public health, and medicine that focus on clinical practice, health services, education, research, law, ethics, and social issues.
ANAC membership benefits include a subscription to JANAC. JANAC is published bi-monthly, and is sent through regular mail. Members can access issues of JANAC on-line.
