All chapters must submit annual reports to ANAC's National Office. The Chapter Leadership List is due to the National Office no later than November 1st of the current year.
The Chapter's Compliance Self-Assessment, Treasurer's Report, and Lobbying/Conflict of Interest are due no later than January 31 of the current year. These reports are due for the previous year's activities. All reports and forms listed must be submitted by this deadline.
