This group focuses on strengthening global HIV advocacy and amplifying the voices of nurses and healthcare providers in all settings.

2026 Goals:

• Develop a digital storytelling campaign highlighting the impact of global HIV funding cuts across countries.
• Coordinate ANAC’s advocacy presence at AIDS 2026, centering the HIV healthcare workforce.

Formerly the Program Development group, the Education Working Group creates accessible, culturally responsive learning opportunities for global members.

2026 Goals:

• Launch a globally focused webinar addressing HIV and co-morbidities.
• Develop an education roadmap informed by global member survey findings.

This group supports the development of local ANAC communities to strengthen HIV nursing leadership and professional networks. 

Pilot Phase Notice: The Chapter Formation Working Group is currently in a pilot phase, focused on launching chapters in Kenya and Lesotho. 
Participation is limited to members in these countries as we refine the chapter formation model and develop a formalized guide for chapter expansion.

• Develop a comprehensive guide: How to Start an ANAC Global Chapter
• Launch ANAC chapter in Kenya and Lesotho
