You may interact with public or private organizations that require verification of your status as an HIV/AIDS Certified LPN/LVN (ACLPN), HIV/AIDS Certified Registered Nurse (ACRN) or an Advanced HIV/AIDS Certified Registered Nurse (AACRN).
The HANCB will verify current credential standing, current expiration date, original certification date, last recertification date, and certificate number. To receive verification, please submit a written request and a copy of a signed release from the nurse that is being verified or submit an online request. If you do not have a release form, please click here.
It is $25 to request certification verification for yourself and $50 per verification request for any institution or organization.
Payment is due to the HIV/AIDS Nursing Certification Board and can be made by Paypal. Verification requests can be sent by email to hancb@anacnet.org or paper forms and payments can be mailed to HANCB, 11230 Cleveland Ave NW, #986, Uniontown, OH 44685.
